Jubran is a UK-based, board-certified behaviour analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), particularly supporting children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). He completed his practical ABA training at BeyondAutism while earning his MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Queen's University Belfast. Jubran further enhanced his professional expertise working alongside Lesley Love (BCBA) at Love ABA Ltd, under the supervision of Amy Lewis (BCBA).

Jubran currently runs his own ABA practice in Sheffield, dedicated to teaching and empowering children and their families with evidence-based behavioural strategies. He is passionate about helping individuals develop functional skills and achieve behavioural goals that promote lifelong independence and success.

Katie has over seven years of experience working in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), including two years as a Senior ABA Tutor at Treetops School in Essex. In this role, she specialised in training and mentoring ABA tutors, enhancing their professional competencies, and supporting classroom instructors in planning and conducting effective group sessions. Her expertise includes behaviour reduction strategies, student assessments, and developing functional skills through tailored ABA programmes.

Alongside her educational career, Katie provided personal assistance and respite care for children and young adults with special educational needs, strengthening her ability to build trusting and supportive relationships with families.

Katie is passionate about empowering learners to achieve their goals and fostering independence through positive reinforcement and consistent ABA methods. She is delighted to have joined the ABA Sheffield team following her recent move to Derbyshire, where she looks forward to continuing to make a meaningful impact.

Mandy brings more than 30 years of experience supporting children and families across home, clinical and foster-care settings. Before joining ABA Sheffield, she worked as a Children’s Clinical Support Worker, supporting children with a range of needs and collaborating with families, healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams to follow individualised care plans. Her work included helping children develop coping, communication and social skills, monitoring their progress and providing calm support during challenging situations.

Mandy also spent several years as a foster carer with Sheffield City Council, caring for children from infancy through adolescence, including those with complex emotional and behavioural needs. This experience strengthened her understanding of safeguarding, relationship-building and the importance of adapting support to each child’s individual circumstances. She also has extensive professional childcare experience and has completed training in safeguarding children and paediatric first aid.

Mandy is warm, patient and dependable, and understands that children learn best when they feel safe, understood and motivated. As an ABA Tutor, she is committed to implementing each child’s individualised programme consistently, working closely with families and the wider ABA Sheffield team, and using positive reinforcement to help learners develop functional skills, confidence and greater independence.
